2000 Suzuki Hayabusa
Modification: Solo Seat Cowl

I decided to mod the cowl, so I wouldn't have to mess with swapping out the grab bar.


First was to mark, where I needed to cut, with a "Sharpie" pen.

 
I then used a carbide bit in my drill to rough cut the slot.
I cut lean corners with a fiber disc in my dreme.



Here is the finished cowl.
