The port faces were rolled on my router table to prevent "huffing".
The edges were cut at a 45 for a decorative finish, with the aid of the router table fence.
The tube was formed from four pieces of 3/4" MDF
The back of the tube was rolled, again to avoid "huffing"
This is the finished product ready to be slipped into the horn cutout.
