Trim the leads of a 680 ohm 3 watt resistor to about 1/4".
Attach one end to the lower hole of terminal 26 and attach the other end to the lower hole of terminal 31.
You will have to spread the two terminal strips apart a little to do this.
Solder the lower hole of terminal 26 and the lower hole of terminal 31.
