This one is a bit tricky, so take your time and fit slowly.
Bend
the leads of a 47uF 450V capacitor at 90 degrees and parallel to each other,
so
that the striped side lead fits into the upper hole of terminal 12
and the
un-striped side lead fits into the upper hole of terminal 11.
Solder both terminals.
