Insert the striped side lead of a 1000uF 35V capacitor into the upper hole of terminal 12
Insert the unstriped side lead into the upper hole of terminal 15.
Leave about 1/4" distance between the body of the capacitor and the terminals.
Solder the upper terminal 15, trim excess and bend the leads up 90 degrees, so the body stands vertically.
