Solder a 1 MEG ohm (1004F) resistor between terminal 36 and hole "L" on the ground plane.
I used the fiberglas sleeving in place of the teflon tubing.
My bad here - in the picture I soldered into hole K (wrong) I later moved it over one to hole L.
Gotta quit doing these late at night :-)
