Z5U cap between A4 and A5 : Z5U between A4 and terminal 28 : Z5U between A5 and terminal 28
With the heater wires going Red to A5 and Black to A4, just to make things interesting.
TIP - tweezers come in real handy here and make sure you twist the wire ends real tight.
