Bend the leads of a 220uF 250V capacitor out at 90 degrees away from each other.
Insert the striped side lead into the upper hole of terminal 9
Insert the un-striped side lead into the upper hole of terminal 4
You may need to spread the terminals apart to get the leads to go in the holes.
Solder both terminals.
