Thread the other piece of buss wire through the lower hole of terminal 30, through the lower hole of terminal 35,
over the inside face of the terminal B3, through the lower hole of terminal 38, then loop the end into the lower hole of terminal 37.
Solder all connections, including the wire to the base of terminal B3. Make sure the wire does not touch B2 or B4
