Insert the striped side lead of a 22uF 450V capacitor into the upper hole of terminal 17
insert the un-striped side lead into the upper hole of terminal 16.
Leave about 1/4" distance between the body of the capacitor and the terminals.
Solder both terminals, trim excess, and bend the leads 90 degrees so the capacitor stand vertically.
