The manual has the step on page 22, but I chose to go ahead and do it while wiring the transformer off the PINK sheet.
High Voltage wiring braided and soldered to the terminal strips.
Very important that the CT (here seen as the black heat shrink between the two red) goes to the top hole of 16.
The other two go to the bottom holes of 17 and 22 in no particular order.
